Warranties

When you have your flooring professionally installed by a United Carpet or United Floors professional, you will be covered by one of the following warranties (some guidelines apply):

• 5 YEAR Installation Warranty on broadloom installed in your residence
• 1 YEAR Installation Warranty on all hard surface products installed in your residence (sheet vinyl, VC tile, ceramics, laminates, hardwood)
• 1 YEAR Installation Warranty on all products installed in commercial buildings or in areas of the home used for commercial purposes

Guaranteed Installation & Manufacturer Warranty

The installation warranty does not apply to stairs, problems related to an excess of alkali or hydrostatic pressure in the sub floor and problems arising from the use of materials in areas other than those recommended by the manufacturer and related to lack of or improper maintenance. The warranty pertains to the original purchaser only and is specific to the location from which you purchased your floor covering and installation services. It in no way obligates other locations using the name United Carpet/United Floors to honour the warranty.
