Cut Pile

The tufted loops of the carpet are cut to expose the yarn ends.

• Saxony Plush : Soft, luxurious velvet-like surface will show footprints; ideal for formal living areas.
• Frieze : Tightly twisted fibres easily hide footprints, long-lasting and highly durable compared to their earlier “shag” cousins; a popular new decor trend, ; ideal for high-traffic areas and cozy family rooms.

Level-Loop Pile

The loops of the carpet remain uncut and are tufted at the same height for an informal look in high traffic areas.

• Level-Loop : Highly durable and hides footprints well; ideal for high-traffic areas.
• Berber : Highly durable and hides footprints well with a wool-like appearance and rugged loop surface; ideal for high-traffic areas.

Multi-Level Loop / Patterned Loop Pile

Similar to Loop Pile, with two or three varying loop heights to create a 3-dimensional pattern effect.

Cut and Loop
